9-29 vs. Candor

It was an interesting game! Our kids played great and you know, the kids on the other team were really nice kids from what I saw. Not any other team has been bad, but some of these kids were actually friendly. How nice! Here is one of the line judges. He left the game with a new level of knowledge of the game and he said his life is more complete for it. Score was something to 0, our kids won. and I am sure will correct me on the score.

Picture day

Tonight was pictures for the teams. Everything went well and what a nice looking bunch we have! Hope everyone is having a good week!

Game 1

The first game proved to be also the first win. The team did great! 6-4 was the score. Wow, was it a hot day, but we did manage to get a little breeze. They worked together very well.

Fall Soccer-TCYSA

Fall Soccer is here and here we go! Team lists are out, we have had our first practice but we have no schedule. When the schedule is released, it will be at TCYSA.
I will be watching and will get things on here as soon as I can. PLease, anyone who gets pictures from practices or games, please email them to me and I will try to make this a fun site to visit for the kids as well as parents and family who do not live nearby.

The time is here we have all been waiting for! The time we all know we are working and need to pick the job we want or someone else will have it. The information for the teams is as follows and the times we are designated to work will finish the info. Please let Debbie or Marissa know TODAY where you can work. Our days are all busy and letting us know As Soon As Possible will save us from calling you.

Boys' U10

Saturday and Sunday's games are at the same times each day!
2:25 pm and 4:15 pm

The times to work are: Saturday 7-9 PM and Sunday noon - 2

Resposibilites we MUST fill:
2 to grill
2 runners-this can be players or teens, but need to be sure to have 2
2 snow cone makers/servers
2 to do drinks
1 for the registration table
6 to serve food

Girls' U10

Saturday's games are 8:55 AM and 10:45 AM
Sunday's games are 9:50 AM and 1:30 PM

The times to work are: Saturday 3-5 pm and Sunday 7-9 AM

Resposibilities we MUST fill:
2 to grill
2 runners- this is to run scores to the score table and maybe some other minor things but much needed. Can be filled by players or teens, but need to be sure to have 2.
2 snow cone makers/servers all set for Saturday. need a couple of people for Sunday morning.
2 to do drinks
1 for the registration table do not need anyone for Sunday morning, just Saturday afternoon.
6 poeple to serve food

Visitor to Monday's practice

After a walk he came and sat and watched the kids practice. Trooper sat and behaved very well. What a good boy! and a beautiful dog!

How did HE get in??

Should games be "invitation only"? Oh, that's right, he WAS invited. How did I know he would come looking like that. He stopped his lawn mowing to stop-in to watch the girls play. He supported the team and when the game was over, he picked-up his chair and went back to the lawn mower. Thanks for coming to the game dad of No. 14!

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Thought..hey- might as well use this for some information too. "Boys' team manager" had some funky colored (very cool) slips of paper to hand-out at practice and we tried our best to get them to eveyone but just incase you weren't there or we were snoozing and didn't get the information to you........There will be NO practice the week of May 21st. Enjoy hopefully a more relaxed week and Memorial Day weekend. and for the BOYS- the game on Sunday, May 20th is in Oneonta @ 2:00.
